June 22 - La Tolteca

My good friend Katie (who has been mentioned on here several times and gave us the phenomenal cornbread chicken enchilada recipe!) and I went out to dinner last night to catch up. We haven't seen each other in ages! I gave the boy and kiddos leftovers and enjoyed some chips and salsa and a burrito. It was delicious food, and even better conversation :)
