I made your honey cashew chicken for the second time last night - we absolutely love it. My husband even said "this is what real adults eat!" The first time we didn't love the perdue strips so I bought a rotisserie chicken and used that meat and it was delicious and just as easy! thank you :)

A recipe that is soooo simple that I've just learned about, that I think you should try is Shrimp Over Noodles. (how easy does THAT sound?! LOL)
You boil 24oz of shrimp (I get the pre-cooked, deveined, etc.) and cook up some pkgs of shrimp-flavored Ramen noodles. Plate up the noodles, and top with the boiled shrimp. You can have cocktail sauce for dipping. It's SO yummy!
