Apr. 22 - Cheeseburgers & Potatoes

The boy traveled yesterday and today, and we had two burgers left over from the other night, so I grilled them up for Miss L and me. We also had leftover garlic red potatoes from earlier in the week, so we reheated those, too. It was a nice, quick, easy meal that didn't have much clean-up (the best for those nights where I'm solo-parenting it and want them in bed STAT!).
